Returns and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from brain-frame@ai/Brain Frame/Spot. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original accessories and manuals.
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items: For your protection, certain items are exempt from being returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital downloads, custom-made products, or personalized services.
Items marked “Final Sale.”
Items that show signs of misuse, damage, tampering, or wear and tear.
2. The Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return Request To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@brain-frame.ai. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization (RMA) Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not send your item back without an active RMA number. Items received without an RMA number may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Step 3: Shipping the Return Please securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
3. Refunds and Refunds Issued
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and funds will be returned to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Amount:
Returned Merchandise: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) returned minus any pre-order fees or shipping costs.
Shipping: Original shipping charges are Non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of handling and inspection, although we will make every effort to avoid this.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to return an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable service.
4. Exchanges and Store Credit
We offer the following alternatives to a full refund:
Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please ensure the desired replacement item is in stock. The exchange will be subject to the same return guidelines and may incur a restocking fee.
Store Credit: If you do not wish to return the item for a refund, you may receive store credit in the amount of the items returned.
5. Warranty and Warranty Claims
All products come with a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@brain-frame.ai and provide proof of purchase and details of the defect. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.
